Great American Music Hall

The 1907 Tenderloin hall — carved balconies, Corinthian columns, frescoes, gold leaf — capacity roughly 500-700, and one of the prettiest small rooms in America. Books everything from folk and jazz to indie and the occasional electronic night; the Grateful Dead's 'One from the Vault' was recorded here. GA floor plus seated balcony tables with arguably the best sightlines in the building. Neighborhood is rough at night; rideshare door to door.
