Hawthorn

An upscale brick-basement lounge a block off Union Square — art-deco, two intimate rooms, and a custom Void sound system that punches way above the room's weight. Main room runs open-format and hip-hop; the Bonaparte Room runs tech and Afro house with label takeovers. Strict dress code, bottle-service tables, guestlist before 11pm. It's polished nightlife, not underground — go for a big-room-in-a-small-room feel.
